Inclusive Color Picture Move is a unique cognitive movement method that focuses on inclusivity, health, and fun.
Understandable and Accessible:
ICP-Move uses colors, icons and numbers to make movement easy to understand. It is designed for everyone, regardless of age, physical ability or background.
Adaptable and Versatile:
The method can be applied in any sport. Whether it's football, dance, swimming or yoga, ICP-Move adapts. Trainers can use the method to differentiate their sports lessons and adapt them to individual needs.
Structure and Uniformity:
By applying a basic methodology within various movement domains, ICP-Move creates structure. This structure can later be implemented in existing or new sports.
Inclusion and Trust:
ICP-Move promotes inclusion by making sport accessible to people with disabilities. The method facilitates communication and promotes mental wellbeing and social engagement. ICP-Move wants to create a world where no one is on the sidelines, but where everyone actively participates.
Throughout the existence of the method, ICP-Move has been scientifically proven several times:
ME

Color Your Moves
In 2023—2025, ICP-Move will be tested by researchers at Hasselt University in collaboration with G-sport Flanders.
During the study, a number of sports clubs and schools will use the method for 15 weeks. Before and after these 15 weeks, the researchers will look at how the children's motor skills and pleasure experience are doing. This way, we can do a comparative study afterwards and measure the effect of 15 weeks of ICP-move-based training courses!
